Can bosses get fired for being too hard on employees?

You need to stop being subservient to hell with people. Not only is it an annoying trait, your boss will more than likely continue to run over you with this personality and it will tic them off and they will have a valid reason to get rid of you because you will not be performing at your best because you are so worried about them being too hard on you like you need them for something. Perform your best and stand up for yourself. Go in there the next time and be a new person, SHOCK your boss they may promote you. If you cannot stand up to your boss, they see you cannot run anything, and they will never promote you that way. You go in there and let them know their shit stinks like everyone else. Do you.
Go in with the attitude you can take my check, I am still a top performer, I will take it elsewhere your loss and I will be even better at the new place and get paid more. Get in there and ignore your boss, go around their head and be friends with people who are over them right in their faces, and make them want to wonder why they have not been invited to the parties, and you have. Trust, there is someone around there that is a boss that does not like your boss get to know them.
Remember, people are going to hate you if they hate you its nothing you can do or change to make them like you more. Be yourself.
How can I get over a break up?
Not sure why there are bosses to begin with, because they only abuse their power they mistreat everyone because they can get rid of them whenever they want and this is oppression.
Now the subservient guys who had a chance to work with Trump are like how could Vance get it and he was a Nazi in a wig? Well, he got it because he did not hide his real views. No one wants a liar working for them. He went in and debated against Trump being himself.
That was the reason President Trump got rid of many fake leaders recently and is trying to replace them, and he also did not hire the ones who applied, because they are too subservient. A leader has to stand strong with what they believe, regardless of what everyone else says about them. Everyone talked shit about President Trump trying to break him down, people were hard on him, and cruel and unusual. He took up for himself and continued on and he is deporting people and building a wall just like he said before. You have to be strong around bullies. And for Vice president Vance to be just 40 years old after they sent that picture of him in a blonde wig, he did not let them see him sweat much, and you have to have thick skin to work with people and grow. Because its a snake pit out there.
Can the effects of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) be reversed?
Then when he gets rid of you without a valid reason, sue the company and sit on your ass at home all day and collect the check. These are not bosses, these are oppressors' fake leaders who abuse their authority and treat people like shit as though they are falsely superior. No doubt the people he promotes has already got in bed with him, because they are easy low life's. They cannot even get rid of people because they have already smelled under their asses before and they fear someone will tell how smelly it is. Go in there get what is yours and demand respect, to hell with that looser. Everyone deserves respect. Even the person who is cleaning the building cannot be walked all over.
Do you think Vice President Vance got that job, by going in there being all poor and broken and downing himself in the interview, and faking like he liked everything President Trump Liked, HELL NO, he went in there and sold himself showing President Trump that he should be vice president and why he is the prize and he was honest about being a Nazi at the time, he didn’t fake for him or make up a sob story to say what he wanted to hear. You have to do you to hell with what they think or say. You should be driving yourself out of a job where the boss is hard on you, screw that.
A true case of a boss hired a retail worker to be a principle at a community college. This boss was not liked by those that worked for them and the ex retail worker they hired went behind their backs and became their boss. It happens to bosses they can be replaced by their own Employees and kicked out.
Why do I sweat so much after applying moisture or sun screen on my face? I have normal skin.
Since having a job is SO important, they should make it where every American citizen is working at least 25 dollar an hour job and can still get full time benefits and go home after about 5 hours, its no way in hell they need this many people just sitting on the clock. This place is just an oppressor. And you can stand up to oppressors, the reason people will not is because they think their oppressors are falsely superior over them and your boss eats shit and bark at the moon just like everyone else. To hell with him being hard on anyone, if anything you can look him directly in the damn eyes and tell him about himself, who the fock is he?
